Ruin-Bibber

By the Editors

sprawlings of flowers, cut / for Sunday, brownish now

A blended whisky—like Larkin’s own Claymore or Johnny Walker Black—will do well here.
2 oz. gin (preferably The Botanist or St. George Botanivore)
1⁄2 oz. lightly peated Scotch
1⁄4 oz. Strongwater wildflower syrup
Two dashes, Crude’s “Bitterless Marriage”

Shake everything together—with or without ice—and serve.
