2 oz. pisco

½ oz. green Chartreuse

½ oz. green tomato water

1 dash lime bitters

Green tomato wheel, for garnish

  1. To make the tomato water, simply purée a green tomato and strain through cheesecloth.

  2. Shake all ingredients with ice. 

  3. Strain into a Nick & Nora, garnish, and serve.
