2 oz. beeswax-infused bourbon (instructions below)

½ oz. Bénédictine

½ oz. blueberry rosemary shrub (buy from Element or make your own)

2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Celery stalk, for garnish

  1. Bourbon is easily wax washed using a sous vide method. Combine 8 oz. of whiskey (we recommend Wild Turkey 101) with 1.5 oz. of beeswax in a vacuum sealed bag and place in a 155º water bath for 2 hours. After infusing, strain the mixture through cheesecloth and discard the wax.
  2. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass
  4. Garnish with celery.
