2 oz. Earl Grey-infused gin
1 oz. amaretto
1/2 oz. Tuaca
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 raw sugar cube

You can infuse your own gin by combining 500ml of dry gin with 4 tbsp. of loose leaf Earl Grey tea. Allow the gin to infuse for 3-4 hours, then strain into a clean jar or bottle. 

To prepare the cocktail, shake together the gin, liqueurs, and bitters with ice. Strain into a coupe, then drop in the sugar cube and serve.
