2 oz. Old Tom gin (FF recommends Barr Hill.)
2 oz. fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice
1 oz. Fragola, or other wild strawberry liqueur
Coarse sea salt
Absence, for garnish
- Imagine a rocks glass rimmed with salt.
- Shake together gin, grapefruit juice, and liqueur.
- Pour over ice.
- Wish for a hand on your hair.
