2 parts extra-dry champagne
1 part Goldschläger cinnamon schnapps
½ part Calvados
Club soda
Lemon juice
Orange bitters
Slice of red apple for garnish
Pour champagne over ice cubes in a balloon glass. Add Goldschläger and Calvados, then a splash of soda and a smaller splash of lemon juice. Add a dash or three of orange bitters. Give the drink a gentle swirl to mix. Float the apple slice and serve.
