coastline\u2019s bludgeoned contours blurred<\/p><p>beyond recall; have seen, through slurred<\/p><p>decrees and sleights of hand,<\/p><p>a state of blank forgetfulness<\/p><p>usurp the levelled sand.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Inland the trends resume:<\/p><p>the mild, meandering and dawdling brook<\/p><p>we played with here, that neared each nook<\/p><p>so placidly, now sprawls<\/p><p>and runs in rills, its limpid long-<\/p><p>hand lines erased by scrawls<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>and blots, its progress in-<\/p><p>discriminate.
