2 oz. dry gin
3/4 oz. Luxardo
2 dashes lavender bitters
Champagne
Lime twist, for garnish
- Rinse a chilled cocktail glass with absinthe.
- Shake gin, Luxardo, and bitters with ice. Strain into glass.
- Add a splash of champagne, just enough for the slightest effervescence.
- Express the oils from the lime twist over the glass and serve.
