2 oz. applejack 

½ oz. sweet vermouth

½ oz. maple syrup

1 oz. lemon juice

½ oz. dry red wine

 

  1. Shake applejack, vermouth, maple syrup, and lemon juice with ice.
  2. Pour into an ice-filled rocks glass. 
  3. Float wine on cocktail.
