2 oz. pisco
½ oz. green Chartreuse
½ oz. green tomato water
1 dash lime bitters
Green tomato wheel, for garnish
To make the tomato water, simply purée a green tomato and strain through cheesecloth.
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a Nick & Nora, garnish, and serve.
