2 oz William Whipple’s Winter Wheat Whiskey

½ oz. Sapling Maple Liqueur

½ oz. demerara syrup

1 whole egg

Orange wheel, for garnish

 

  1. Combine whiskey, maple liqueur, and demerara syrup in an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir briefly to chill.
  2. Strain mixture into a cocktail shaker and add the egg. Shake vigorously for a full minute.
  3. Serve in a chilled coupe or sour glass. Garnish with orange wheel.
