1 oz vanilla Cavendish pipe tobacco
2 oz Jack Daniel’s
1 oz Rivulet pecan liqueur
4 dashes coffee bitters
Twist of lemon peel, for garnish
- Pile the pipe tobacco on a saucer. Toast it with a first match; light it with a second.
- When the tobacco is producing abundant smoke, cover it with a coupe and let it smother.
- Shake the whiskey, liqueur, and bitters with ice; strain into the prepared coupe.
- Express the peel over the drink, garnish, and serve.
